Meet our Founder Rob. He started his professional career as a soil technician but decided to turn his passion for photography into a successful business and he has never looked back! He is one of Australia’s most innovative and respected photographers.
Qualified with an Associate Diploma of Arts majoring in photography, and with more than two decades of experience providing professional photographic services, Rob’s expertise and passion lie in commercial and advertising photography.
When he is not shooting wonderful pictures and mentoring his team, you can find him diving, sailing or flying an aeroplane (he sure loves adventure!)
Naomi Loader
Photographer and creative lead

Naomi heads up our Toowoomba branch and is an experienced photographer who is capable of completing the most complex assignment to a level of skill and precision rarely seen. When attention to detail is required we know Naomi can be relied upon.
Naomi is our everything woman. Not only can she take a fantastic photograph but she can also create a great looking logo as well as designing and creating a website! What can’t she do?
When she’s not doing her finest editing with the heavy metal tunes turned up, she’ll be working away on some DIY project, making things and dreaming of her next travel destination
Gali Blacher

Gali is our marketing and public relations guru who is always quick to come up with creative and thought-provoking copy.
Gali is qualified with a media and communications degree from The University of New South Wales and has a unique love for social media.
When Gali is not coming up with great marketing ideas, she is binge watching true crime documentaries on Netflix and working on her social enterprise The Good Box.
Alina Johnson
Assistant and hair & makeup artist

Alina is present on all assignments where requirements are more complex and involve talent. Her training in hair and makeup are invaluable in ensuring that all talent utilised are looking their absolute best. Couple that with her knowledge of photography systems and you’ve got a great location assistant.
Not only is Alina a wonderful fine arts photographer she is also a makeup and hair whizz.
